Information, not an offer

The site describes what we build and what we’re working on. Some products shown are still in development and aren’t available yet. Nothing on the site or said by Kirk is a quote, a promise or a contract. Price, scope and timing are set only in a written agreement signed by Built By PELT LLC and you.

Kirk, our AI assistant

Kirk is an AI assistant. It can misunderstand you or give answers that are incomplete or wrong. Don’t rely on it for legal, financial, safety, engineering or other professional advice, and confirm anything important with us. Don’t send it passwords, payment details or other sensitive information. Our Privacy Policy explains how chats are handled.

Using the site

Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it at scale, or use Kirk to produce unlawful or harmful content. We may limit or block access that does.

Ownership

The site’s text, design, logos and code belong to Built By PELT LLC or its licensors. Work we build for a client is owned as that client’s signed agreement says.

Links to other sites are for convenience. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty

The site and Kirk are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Built By PELT LLC isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the site or Kirk. Any paid work is governed by its own signed agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
